The types of personal information that Question Bank collects generally include your name, telephone number, mailing address, delivery address, email address, account details, and credit card details.
If it is reasonable and practicable to do so, Question Bank will collect personal information directly from you. We may collect personal information when you deal with Question Bank over the phone, when you send us correspondence (such as letters, faxes and emails), when you register on our Web site, when you submit queries and other forms on our Web site and when you request a catalogue.
Our service provider makes a record of your visit to our Web site and logs information from your browser including your IP address the date and time of you visit, the pages accessed, documents downloaded and the type of browser used. This is done as a fraud prevention measure, to enable us to evaluate our Web site usage and improve our online service. The information collected is not linked back to individual users except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the service provider logs. In addition, when you use our online search facility we collect information about what you are searching for. Question Bank uses that information to evaluate our service and determine if we are providing the products and services you desire. The information collected is not linked back to the individual.
Should you not wish to provide the requested personal information, you may purchase products from Question Bank by paying in cash in full at the time of purchase. When making a purchase from Question Bank via our Web site, if you are an Australian customer, and you would prefer not to enter your credit card details though the internet, you may contact us after you submit your online order to arrange one of the following alternative methods of payment: providing us with your credit card details over the phone; faxing your credit card details to us; mailing a cheque or money order to Question Bank or paying via BPay.
Alternatively you may organise a pre-arranged account with Question Bank, the approval of which is at the discretion of Question Bank, and charge your purchase to a 30 day CS Education account.
If we collect personal information about you from someone else, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are aware that we may gain access to that information, the purpose of its collection and the organisations to which that information may be disclosed.
Failure to provide us with the requested information, particularly the requested information marked with an asterisk on our Web site, may result in a delay in providing you with goods or services requested from us or may mean that we cannot provide you with those goods or services.
Question Bank will only collect personal information by lawful and fair means and not in an unreasonably intrusive way.

However, we cannot guarantee that the information has been deleted as there is a possibility that a residual copy of the information will be maintained on a back-up system.
Wherever it is lawful and practicable to do so, Question Bank will provide you with the option of not identifying yourself when transacting with us.
